Hot Cocoa Card

We had a blizzard hit our area today, so I finished making some Christmas gifts.  I made several of these cards with a surprise packet of hot chocolate inside for friends.  The card is similar to a matchbook.  The snowman is from the Doodlecharms Cricut cartridge, and the stamp is from Stampin' Up.  It is hard to tell, but the ribbon has snowflakes on it.  This card fits the Fabulous Cricut challenge (hand made gift with a Cricut image [snowman]) and Paper Cutz (Use a Snowman).  I was inspired by this get well card by CG

  2. Perfect project for a blizzardy day. Living through the same blizzard you are. We lost our power and therefore our heat. It's back on now but it will be awhile before we get the house warm. The midday temp outside is only 13 degrees. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Paper Cutz.

  4. What a perfect way to spend a day escaping from a blizzard!! Your little pouch is adorable. I really like the ribbon at the bottome. I've always loved the images from Doodlecharms. They're so sweet!!
It's currently -21C (-5.8F) and snowing here. I could go for some hot chocolate!!

  6. I was going to do something similar for my team and a few others at school. I came across a cute "Snowman Soup" poem and card idea on a blog hop this weekend. I just haven't gotten the supplies yet.
